Impact at RCT Labs

What RCT Labs has already proven — in working code, passing tests, and documented benchmarks.

Solo-Developer Proof of Possibility

One engineer, zero-dollar infrastructure budget, 30-day bootstrap sprint. The result: a multi-LLM consensus platform with Constitutional AI enforcement, PDPA-native architecture, and 4,849 automated tests. This is the most important claim RCT Labs has proven — that enterprise-grade AI systems do not require enterprise-sized teams or budgets.

Evidence-Culture Discipline

4,849 automated tests across unit, integration, and end-to-end layers. Backend-validated coverage at 66.7% with a public 100% target. The test count is not a vanity metric — it is the organization's commitment to evidence culture, visible and trackable from day one.

GAIA Benchmark Performance

Projected GAIA benchmark: 84–89% (pending formal leaderboard validation). The HexaCore 7-model consensus architecture is designed to exceed single-LLM performance on multi-step reasoning tasks. The qualifier 'pending formal leaderboard validation' is non-negotiable — we do not claim a score we have not yet formally submitted.

Thailand → Global Constitutional AI Standard

RCT Labs began in Bangkok with a PDPA-compliance-first architecture. The same Constitutional AI enforcement layer that satisfies Thai regulatory requirements is portable to GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), and APAC privacy frameworks. The vision is a single verifiable AI governance specification that works across jurisdictions — building it first in Thailand is the strategic starting point.
